Come Downtown and tour some of Downtown St. Louis’ most impressive residential spaces. Designed to attract buyers, renters, real estate professionals, and investors, the tour highlights the exceptional residential options, walkability, and access to downtown amenities—including professional sports venues, a national park, public transit, dining, and entertainment.
Downtown St. Louis is home to a national park, four professional sports teams, dozens of restaurants and rooftop bars, and a walkable, amenity-rich lifestyle that rivals any major metro. This event is an opportunity to see firsthand the living spaces, convenience, and potential that make downtown a compelling place to call home.

Tour Schedule
Registration and kick-off begins at 10:45 AM at Post Office Plaza, located at 9th and Locust. The tour runs from 11am to 4pm. Visit participating properties at your own pace on foot or via the complimentary shuttle.

Purchase Tickets
Visit EventBrite to purchase your 2026 Downtown St. Louis Home Tour tickets. Tickets for this event are $20 per person and can be purchased online or in-person. Your registration includes access to tour sites, shuttle service, a welcome packet, and entry to the post-event social.

How long is the tour?
The tour is self-guided so it can be as long or short as you would like, however we believe that you should allow at least a couple of hours to view different buildings. Make sure to attend the post-event social — details to be announced.

There is parking available near Post Office Plaza:

• Marriot Garage (409 N 9th St)
• MX Garage (410 N 7th St)
• Street metered parking
What happens in the event of bad weather?
The event will occur rain or shine.
How will I get around from building to building?
Simply walk to the various locations at your own pace or take the complimentary shuttle.
