Living downtown is a rewarding experience for people of all ages. Our area’s best attractions are all within walking distance. The Gateway Arch, City Museum, Central Library, Busch Stadium, America’s Center, Scottrade Center, City Garden, Union Station, and much more is all in our wonderful neighborhood!

Downtown has a Schnuck’s Culinaria supermarket, multiple convenience stores, retail shops, pharmacies, doctors’  offices, schools, parks, and excellent access to MetroLink light railMetroBus routes, and multiple Interstates. Downtown is truly at the center of our region!

Parents – Check out the STL City Schools Guide for a one-stop shop for schools available to your kids in the area. It explains the differences between the different types of public and private schools available and it displays state test scores for the schools that are required to take them. Also, there are two playgrounds in the neighborhood, 1 is in Lucas Gardens Park and the other is in Kiener Plaza.

Welcome to Downtown

We have partnered with Live Loft STL to develop a new series of short videos  for current and potential residents to meet the people living and working in our vibrant neighborhood.
